Lead technical projects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest customer standards.
Responsabilities
• Lead technical projects and cross-functional teams to achieve quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Manage RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) activities and MRB (Material Review Board) dispositions.
• Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence throughout project execution.
• Ensure technical deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate activities across multiple departments and management levels.
• Lead technical meetings and customer presentations.
• Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Operations, vendors, and customers.




• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans when necessary.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
• Experience managing aerospace manufacturing projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced English (Required).
