Associate – Client Training & Program Coordination (Accounting/Finance) | PwC Mexico

What you’ll do
• Coordinate end-to-end client training programs in accounting, finance, and sustainability (scheduling, logistics, materials, and stakeholder communications).
• Partner with subject matter experts to design and refine training content aligned with client needs.
• Prepare engaging training materials and client-facing collateral with a clear, professional style and strong attention to detail.
• Support or facilitate training sessions and ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Manage basic billing and invoicing activities related to programs (e.g., tracking POs, coordinating invoices,



and supporting documentation).
• Track risks, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure adherence to internal standards.
• Follow up on business actions (e.g., feedback, next steps, and reporting) to drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, value-driven outcomes.

What we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (completed or in progress).
• 1–2 years of experience in client-facing coordination, training support, or related roles.
• Strong client service mindset; proactive and responsive in communications.
• Enjoys creating and polishing training materials; strong writing and organization skills with an eye for clarity and design.
• Understanding of billing/invoicing processes.
• Familiarity with at least one AI productivity tool (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support drafting materials, summarie
