Role Objective
AtlasBrands is looking for a Head of Web Experience & CRO to serve as the single point of accountability across all portfolio websites and high-converting funnels.
You will act as the operational lead for everything website-related — from pre-lander to third-party checkouts, and post-purchase one-click upsells. Operating as a disciplined player-coach, you will run an AI-powered testing engine and build the department behind it, ensuring every site runs bug-free while systematically driving conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and profit per visitor without executive day-to-day management.
What You'll Do
• Audit & Executive Transition: Complete a full audit of all live brand pages, offers, third-party checkouts, and post-purchase upsell flows; present a prioritized test roadmap across 10+ SKUs/brands. Fully relieve executive leadership from day-to-day website and CRO troubleshooting, ensuring every escalation comes with a recommended solution.
