AI Operations Automation Builder
Hospitality & Real Estate Portfolio, San Antonio and Rio Notable Valley, TX (remote-friendly) · Full-time or part-time
About us
We own and operate a growing hospitality and real estate portfolio: Quality Suites, Hallmark/Baymont Inn, and Hummingbird, a set of furnished short-term and long-term rental apartments. Day to day, we run on AI. We're building a team of AI bots, and each one owns a real job: operations management, cleaning schedules, inventory, revenue management, utility analysis, franchise bill audits, lead follow-up, and financial controls. These bots work inside our tools (Slack, WhatsApp, Airtable, Google Drive, Hostaway, OpenPhone, Furnished Finder) and report back to our managers.
The role
You'll report directly to the key management team. Together you'll design, build, and run AI bots across the portfolio, turning messy, real operational work into automations that run on their own and save our managers hours every week.
What you'll do
• Find repetitive work in ops and finance, and turn it into AI bots with clear jobs.

• Build and connect workflows across Slack, WhatsApp, Airtable, Google Workspace, Hostaway, OpenPhone, and accounting tools.
• Write the instructions, routines, and checks that keep each bot accurate and safe.
• Build quick internal tools, dashboards, and scripts using AI-assisted coding (vibe coding).
• Monitor bot output, fix problems, and improve results over time.
• Train managers and staff to work alongside the bots.

How we measure success
• Manager hours saved each week.
• Bots running reliably with few errors or manual fixes.
• New processes automated each month.

What we're looking for
• Experience building and maintaining software or automations that real people use.
• Ability to use AI coding tools effectively while reviewing, testing, and understanding the resulting code.
• Strong vibe coding skills: you ship working software quickly with tools like Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
