Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to drive sustainable, profitable growth and strengthen executive relationships within strategic Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounts in Mexico. The role acts as a trusted advisor, connects customer priorities with Siemens capabilities, structures compelling value propositions, and leads cross-functional and international account collaboration to create measurable business value.
Core Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives and Siemens growth priorities.
• Build trusted relationships across the customer organization, including executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer business drivers, market dynamics, operational challenges and investment priorities.
• Identify, qualify and advance opportunities across automation, digitalization, software, industrial communications, energy management and related portfolios.
• Structure and lead the development of customer-specific value propositions that connect Siemens capabilities with strategic business outcomes.
• Identify customer challenges and transformation priorities, translating them into differentiated value-based offerings with measurable operational and financial impact.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to create integrated customer solutions and compelling commercial offers.
• Communicate and collaborate with Integral, Corporate, Regional and international Account Managers for relevant multinational accounts, ensuring alignment between local activities and the broader account strategy.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across countries and account teams to leverage successful solutions, best practices and customer insights.
