What will you do?
• Data Management: Assist in maintaining sourcing systems, trackers, dashboards and procurement KPIs up to date to support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in RFQ/RFP processes with category buyer to drive cost reduction projects such as Quality Value Engineering, change of supplier.
• Supplier Management: Support category buyers to monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness)
• Project Execution: Identify, propose and lead project ideas aligned with localization strategies as well as to present to management project progress and results.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and planning teams to align sourcing decisions with operational needs.

What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful?




• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, Procurement, Business, or related field, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal communication.
• Proactive approach to work.
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work in the mornings (Hybrid)
