You will deliver regionally relevant, premium, data-informed, and culturally resonant discovery experiences. Your execution and optimization in LatAm will directly impact engagement, retention, campaign performance, and brand perception.

Role Overview

The Manager, Curation (LatAm) owns region-first execution and curation across key discovery surfaces,



while maintaining alignment with the central Curation strategy for surface guidelines, seasonal planning, tentpole titles, and globally relevant campaigns. Operating within the region, you will balance local cultural resonance with global consistency, applying editorial judgment and performance analytics.

You’ll support regional campaigns, and priorities, alongside integral launches, seasonal moments, and growth initiatives. Success requires strong operational ownership, analytical fluency, and the ability to work in tandem with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally.
