About the Role
Join our Distribution Analytics team and help drive business growth through data-driven insights. In this contractor role, you will support initiatives focused on agent acquisition, retention, cross-selling, profitability, and agency development. Working closely with business leaders, you will transform complex data into actionable recommendations, create impactful dashboards and presentations, and contribute to strategic decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations using Power BI and Excel.

• Assist with agency segmentation, local market planning, and campaign performance analysis.
• Monitor key business metrics and identify adverse trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on planning, reporting, and distribution-related projects.
• Translate complex data findings into clear and compelling business stories for stakeholders.
• Support the development of trigger-based marketing campaigns through data analysis and actionable recommendations.
