The IMSS Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate employee social security records and ensuring timely reporting of all mandatory employee movements to government authorities. This role supports payroll operations by validating social security calculations, coordinating IMSS and INFONAVIT payments, managing audits, preparing regulatory reports, and responding to authority requirements. The position works closely with HR, Payroll, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

Responsibilities
• Report employee hires, terminations, salary changes, and other mandatory movements to IMSS.
• Review and validate social security payroll calculations and integrations.
• Coordinate IMSS and INFONAVIT payments and ensure timely compliance.
• Analyze and respond to IMSS and INFONAVIT authority requirements.
• Support social security audits and provide supporting documentation.
• Prepare and submit REPSE-related information.
• Generate social security estimates and reports for financial planning.




• Perform monthly and quarterly controls to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Review year-end social security activities and payroll audit results.
• Support HR projects requiring social security expertise and system validation.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Payroll, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll and/or Social Security Operations.
• Strong knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Mexican social security regulations.
• Experience with payroll audits, social security calculations, and statutory reporting.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or Oracle HCM.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
