Job Description:

Role: Senior Engineering Program Manager

• The Senior Engineering Program Manager provides customer-facing operational leadership for complex service delivery and engineering programs.



This role owns the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of cross-functional initiatives that improve delivery performance, strengthen operational governance, and reduce risk across the customer lifecycle.
• The role serves as a central point of program leadership across engineering, service delivery, and operational stakeholders, translating business needs into structured plans, driving accountability to milestones, and ensuring that processes, tools, and measurements support consistent outcomes.
• This position combines reactive program leadership—such as major incident oversight, remediation planning, and escalations management—with proactive improvement ownership, including continuous service improvement initiatives, business case development, and implementation of process and tooling enhancements.
