Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a CRM Accounting Supervisor (Customer relationship manager).
What you’ll do:

Job Summary
The Supervisor.Controllership.GFACOE leads GFACOE accounting operations by overseeing Record-to-Report activities, financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, compliance, and service delivery. Perform Balance sheet Review, Maintain SOX and Internal Audit compliance as required. As the primary liaison between GFACOE, supported businesses, and key stakeholders, the CRM coordinates the accounting team, manages priorities and escalations, and ensures commitments are delivered in line with service levels, internal controls, policies, and reporting deadlines. Using the Eaton Business System (EBS), the role drives accountability, standardization, continuous improvement, risk mitigation, productivity, and an enhanced customer experience.

Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure month end close compliance and timely delivery
2. Ensure and monitor BSC and review KPI trends to build an strategy and follow up for targets

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries related to financial operations.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
5. Manage customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
6. Monitor and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for financial service delivery.
7. Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement feedback-driven improvements.
8. Coordinate communication between the GFACOE team and supported business units to ensure alignment.
9. Develop customer service standards and best practices for the finance shared services organization.
10. Champion the voice of the customer in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
11. Provide training and guidance to team members on customer engagement and relationship management.
