About the Role:
As the Head of HR Service Operations this role will lead the Takeda HR Service Operations, serving as the delivery engine for effective, scalable integral HR operations. Working closely with all COEIs, including Learning and Talent Operations, systems administration, Total Reward Operations, and the phased integration of broader COEI operational work into the GCC HR Operations model, this leader ensures reliable and efficient service delivery.

The role owns the operational delivery model for HR work transitioned into People Solutions/GCC and is accountable for how that work is transitioned, governed, delivered, measured, and continuously improved. Partnering closely with COEI Heads, Regional HR Leads,



Journey Owners, HR Service Excellence, and GCC site leadership, this role ensures HR operations are dependable, scalable, and easy to engage with.

The position defines and delivers the operational “how,” including transition planning, governance, service performance, escalation management, controls, and sustainable GCC delivery.

How You Will Contribute:
• Lead high-volume HR service operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and audit-ready execution with strong controls over systems administration, configuration, and operational change.
