Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Provide strategic leadership for financial reporting and governance, ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and business insight. Drive operational excellence, manage risk,



and deliver high-quality financial information that supports Corporate and business decision-making.

Your Impact

As Cntrl & Rpt Accountant your responsibilities would consist of …

• Accrual accounting and provisioning, including MIP bonus, intercompany process, and other accrued expenses.

• End-to-end intercompany process management, including calculation, recording, reconciliation, monitoring, and FAS/HFM reporting.

• Coordination and support of internal and external audits.

• Monthly close support, ensuring timely accounting entries and compliance with corporate policies.

• Financial control and reporting support for LATAM Operating Units (OUs).

• Account reconciliation, analysis, and Balance Sheet Review reporting.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is mandatory

• Understand the whole process not only accounting but including taxes and regulatory too in order to collaborate with the finance controller, franchi
