At Ten Group, our goal is simple: to become the most trusted service business in the world. We are the general market leader in lifestyle management and concierge services, delivering exceptional experiences through a combination of proprietary technology and highly skilled people.
Overview
As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in translating commercial, operational, and performance data into meaningful business insights that support decision-making across our client portfolios.
You will work closely with Account Management, Finance, Data & Insights, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams to consolidate and analyse data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who goes beyond reporting numbers. You will be able to interpret what the data is telling us, understand the business context behind the results, and build a clear narrative around what they mean, why they matter, and what actions they may call for. You should be comfortable simplifying complex information,

identifying underlying drivers, challenging assumptions, and translating analytical findings into practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical skills are essential, but so is the ability to communicate with impact, influence stakeholders, and connect data with commercial priorities. This is not a pure data engineering or technical analytics role; the focus is on turning analysis into business understanding and better decisions.

• Analyse commercial, financial, operational, and performance data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential areas of concern.
• Produce clear, accurate reporting and analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Consolidate, validate, and interpret data from multiple systems and sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Translate analytical findings into clear busine
