About the Role

Barry Callebaut is seeking a dynamic Sales Developer to drive growth across the Gourmet portfolio by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities,



and delivering technical and commercial solutions. This role combines sales development, product innovation, customer engagement, and account management to support Chocolov and Confectionery objectives. Working closely with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams, the position plays a key role in increasing customer profitability, expanding portfolio penetration, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, technical training initiatives, forecasts, and customer programs to achieve volume and margin targets.
- Manage account plans, business reviews, scorecards, and growth initiatives for assigned customers and distributors.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding wallet share and building long-term customer partnerships.
