Primary responsibilities include: Supporting and advising business teams, including executives, managers, employee relations, information services, and operations regarding compliance with existing and forthcoming labor and employment laws and regulations Advising on issues such as discipline, non-competition, redundancies, leave, disability, contingent workers, equity, contractor management, occupational health and safety, anti-discrimination, wage and hour,
