Mama Shelter in Mexico City seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the restaurant, bar, coffee shop and events workspace, driving profitability and performance across all outlets. You will partner with the Executive Chef on menu engineering, pricing strategies and the overall F&B; offering.
