Senior Operations Manager Pharmaceutical Wellness Sector
About the Company We are a rapidly scaling Mexican company in the health and wellness sector, specializing in vitamins and premium dietary supplements. With a strong presence across B2B, B2C, and Ecommerce channels, we are in a phase of accelerated growth. We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic leader to scale our operations to the next level.
The Role Acting as the right hand to the CEO, you will direct the companys entire endtoend operation, encompassing operational planning, administration, finance, supply chain, and offline commercial strategy. Your ultimate goal is to drive profitable growth and build a scalable operational framework. You will be the key decisionmaker for highimpact administrative and operational strategies.
Industry Expertise Required We are specifically looking for top talent with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical or Chemical industries experience in biotechnological synthesis, formulation, and laboratory or chemical plant production. Experience in Food Beverages specifically utilizing vitamins to fortify FMCG products is also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership Serve as the CEOs strategic partner, presenting growth scenarios and spearheading investment and expansion decisions plant, warehouse, and channels.
Financial Management Develop, execute, and monitor the annual budget, cash flow, and financial statements. Control operating costs, product channel margins, and overall profitability. Deliver monthly PL statements and KPI dashboards to the Executive Board.



Ensure tax compliance alongside the accounting team.
SOP Supply Chain Lead the annual Sales and Operations Planning SOP, aligning market demand with production purchasing plans and financial targets. Oversee inventory management, procurement raw materials and finished goods, and vendor relations.
Quality Logistics Ensure bestinclass practices in logistics, warehousing, and traceability. Maintain strict control over service levels, lead times, and shrinkage.
Commercial Strategy Define the strategy, organizational structure, budget, and incentive programs for all offline sales channels.
Corporate Institutionalization Champion the institutionalization of the company by implementing and optimizing ERP systems, internal policies, standard operating procedures, and internal controls.
Team Management Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of 15 to 20 people across the Administration, Commercial, and Operations departments.
The Ideal Candidate
Education Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceuticals QFB, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a closely related field.
Experience 8 to 12 years of overall professional experience,



with at least 4 to 5 years in a Senior Operations, General Management, or COO role.
Multidisciplinary Scope Proven track record of simultaneously overseeing Finance, Commercial, and Operations departments.
Scaleup Expertise Deep experience in fastgrowing companies and leading institutionalization processes ERP rollouts, process mapping, and internal controls.
Leadership Experience successfully managing multidisciplinary teams of 15 to 20 members.
Tech Stack Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comprehensive ERP management.
Language Fully bilingual. Fluent, advanced English spoken and written is strictly indispensable for this role.
Highly Desirable Qualifications
MBA or Masters degree in Business Management, Finance, or Operations.
Demonstrated experience managing operations for companies with revenues between 100M and 300M MXN.
Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices GMP BPF and COFEPRIS regulations.
Proficiency in Power BI and industry certifications such as PMP or APICS CSCP.
