Sr HR Services Administrator (Temporary)
The Sr HR Services Administrator will provide operational and administrative support to the Global Mobility & Immigration team, which is responsible for supporting employee immigration and mobility programs across Honeywell Technologies.
This role will support immigration and mobility activities through case management, documentation management, data governance, stakeholder coordination, and reporting. The position plays an important role in helping ensure accurate records, compliance with established processes, and a positive employee experience throughout the mobility and immigration lifecycle.
The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple systems and databases. This individual will manage assigned responsibilities, monitor case progress, prepare reports and presentations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support day-to-day Global Mobility & Immigration operations.
- Provide administrative support for employee immigration and mobility processes.




- Manage and monitor assigned cases, ensuring timely follow-up, data accuracy, and completion of required actions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate case progression and information gathering.
- Analyze, validate, and organize large volumes of information with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help maintain compliance through accurate documentation, case tracking, and data governance practices.
- Prepare trackers, reports, dashboards, and data analyses using Microsoft Excel.
- Support operational processes, audits and documentation requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, standardization, and process optimization.
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, initiative, and proactive follow-up on assigned responsibilities.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
