IT Business Analyst

Role OverviewBridges business needs and technology by analyzing processes, designing IT solutions, and managing the full implementation lifecycle—from requirements gathering and testing to deployment and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
- Design test plans, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot system issues.
- Coordinate software implementation, releases, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Develop user training and documentation to ensure effective adoption of new tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ year of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience managing technology solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.
- Preferred: ERP knowledge (Materials Management, Finance, or Operations), Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Advanced english is a MUST.
