Role Overview
As a Global Supply Manager (GSM) for Mechanicals, you will advise and assist our clients—ranging from industry-leading OEMs to fast-growing hardware startups—with end-to-end commercial and strategic relationships with global mechanical suppliers. You will serve as the commercial leader for the mechanical commodity, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and scaling precision custom mechanical parts and their tooling,



including mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies, injection-molded parts, CNC-machined components, die castings, metal extrusions, precision metal stamping and forming, composites, and fasteners.
You will bridge the gap between our client's hardware engineering teams and the general supply base, ensuring that custom mechanical components meet rigorous targets for cost, quality, and delivery. You will also help clients build and improve the sourcing processes and tools that support their supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
• Commodity Strategy & Roadmaps: Develop clear technology and commodity roadmaps for current and future programs. Monitor market conditions and supplier technology roadmaps, and identify supply and demand challenges and opportunities.
