We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Leader to lead an engineering team, drive delivery, and ensure the stability of a retail eCommerce platform.

Key requirements:
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 6+ years with SFCC and at least 2 years leading technical teams.
• Hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) experience and retail industry experience are mandatory.
• Strong expertise in SFRA, cartridges, controllers, ISML, hooks, jobs, Service Framework, and Business Manager.




• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting legacy pipeline-based applications.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SASS skills.
• Experience with REST/JSON, OCAPI/SCAPI, and integrations supporting checkout, inventory, pricing, and order flows.
• Proven ownership of sprint delivery, code reviews, CI/CD, releases, and production incident resolution.

Preferred: React, TypeScript, PWA Kit, headless commerce, Contentful, AI-assisted development tools, and Salesforce B2C Commerce certifications.

You’ll contribute directly to architecture and development, mentor engineers, and guide platform modernization alongside Product, QA, integrations, and SRE teams.
