We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for managing and administering employee compensation programs and benefits plans to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation, benefits, and total rewards policies, processes, and procedures aligned with business objectives and market practices.

• Conduct market surveys and compensation benchmarking studies to assess the competitiveness of the company’s compensation and benefits programs.

• Oversee the implementation, administration, and utilization of employee benefits programs across different employee groups.

• Identify opportunities to optimize benefits costs while maintaining employee satisfaction, engagement, and perceived value.





• Design and implement compensation and reward programs that support employee attraction, retention, performance, and recognition.

• Develop the annual compensation budget and monitor compensation and benefits expenditures to ensure effective budgetary control.

• Participate in collective bargaining agreement negotiations and reviews, merit increase processes, and performance bonus programs for different employee groups.

• Manage job descriptions, job evaluation processes, and position valuation to support internal equity and consistent compensation structures.

• Manage expatriation and relocation processes, including assignment bonuses, retention bonuses, and related employee mobility programs.

• Identify and implement employee benefits and services that enhance the employee experience while minimizing or avoiding direct costs to the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience
