What You Will Do
As a Senior Clinical Trial Manager, you will lead clinical trial operations activities and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality study delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
• Oversee the clinical portion of study budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Develop monitoring plans and tools to maintain strong study oversight.
• Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to support performance and development.
• Lead study start-up activities and drive enrollment strategies while meeting key timelines.
• Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventive action plans when needed.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with sponsors, vendors,



and cross-functional teams.
• Support the successful execution of global clinical programs.

What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager at a global level within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or sponsor environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience managing Cell Therapy studies.
• Strong vendor management experience, including vendor oversight, budget management, and leading operational discussions.
• At least 5+ years of overall clinical trial management experience.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
• Experience managing complex and/or global clinical trials.
• Preferred: Experience managing clinical studies through the full lifecycle, from start-up to database lock.
• Experience mentoring CTMs, leading teams, and participating in departmental
