This isn't a traditional design role. You will work with a dedicated group of clients over time on their digital and print assets, but the core of how you operate is fundamentally different: you leverage advanced AI workflows to create high-quality work at exceptional speed.

For you, AI isn't an occasional experiment, it is integrated into your daily process. You know how to prompt, iterate, and chain tools together (using Claude, Midjourney, Flux, Krea, Firefly, etc.) to deliver consistent, on-brand results without starting from scratch every time. Most importantly, you have an incredible design eye: you know when AI gets you 80% of the way there, and how to apply your human touch in Adobe CC to polish the final 20% before a client ever sees it.

What You’ll Do

- Design digital and print assets for integral clients using an AI-first workflow to maximize speed, iteration, and quality.
- Build repeatable prompts and creative workflows to handle client requests efficiently.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple accounts while staying ahead of emerging AI tools and techniques.
- Communicate directly with clients in clear, fluent English to understand their needs and deliver fast turnarounds.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong Portfolio: A showcase of clean digital/print work. Ideally, include a case study or process piece showing how AI sped up your workflow (e.g., initial generation vs. final polished output).
- Hands-on AI Expertise: Daily, practical experience with modern generative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Flux, Claude, Krea, Magnific,



Photoshop Firefly/Generative Fill).
- Solid Design Fundamentals: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Speed & Efficiency Mindset: You naturally look for ways to automate, optimize, and speed up design production without losing quality.
- Fluency in English: Confident written and spoken English for direct client communication.
