We are looking for an Air Logistics Operator | Customer Service professional with a strong service mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for logistics. The ideal candidate will provide operational support and guide customers throughout the entire international shipment process.

Location: Mexico City, Insurgentes Sur, Mexico

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing operational support and customer service for international transportation operations, ensuring proper shipment coordination, documentation accuracy, and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver an exceptional service experience.

- Follow up on air import and export operations.




- Provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with operational teams, agents, and business partners to ensure the smooth flow of shipments.
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation related to international shipments.
- Update operational systems, milestones, and tracking tools.
- Monitor compliance with established timelines and processes.
- Escalate operational issues and documentation discrepancies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, SOPs, and customer requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards and operational processes.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Bachelor’s degree completed in

- International Business
- International Trade
- Business Administration
- Transportation
- Logistics or a related field

Required Profile

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Air Freight Forwarding.
- Knowledge of Air Import and Export operations.
- Advanced conversational English (the interview process will be conducted entirely in English).
- Experience with CargoWise or similar logistics management systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to proactively solve problems.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
