What You Will Do

As a Senior Clinical Trial Manager, you will lead clinical trial operations activities and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality study delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee the clinical portion of study budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Develop monitoring plans and tools to maintain strong study oversight.
- Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to support performance and development.
- Lead study start-up activities and drive enrollment strategies while meeting key timelines.
- Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventive action plans when needed.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Support the successful execution of global clinical programs.

What We Are Looking For




- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager at a global level within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or sponsor environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience managing Cell Therapy studies.
- Strong vendor management experience, including vendor oversight, budget management, and leading operational discussions.
- At least 5+ years of overall clinical trial management experience.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities.
- Experience managing complex and/or global clinical trials.
- Preferred: Experience managing clinical studies through the full lifecycle, from start-up to database lock.
- Experience mentoring CTMs, leading teams, and participating in departmental initiatives.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
