EDI COORDINATOR (Hybrid)

YOUR TASKS

SAP–EDI integration owner for SOE. It bridges Sales, Customer Service, JAS, General EDI, and IT to ensure customer requirements are correctly implemented, tested, and supported end‑to‑end.

- Participate in the development and implementation of EDI protocols, standards, and systems.
- Communicate with business partners to ensure that all EDI-related systems are working smoothly.
- Update and maintain EDI documentation, following all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of EDI supply chain processes.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in EDI coordination, preferably within a similar industry.




- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve complex technological issues
- Strong SAP functional knowledge (SD, deliveries, billing, IDocs)
- Hands‑on EDI experience (ASN, invoicing, error handling, mapping logic)
- Ability to interpret and operationalize complex customer documentation (often 100+ pages)
- Comfort working independently across Sales, Logistics, IT, and external partners
