We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverages Director to lead all F&B; operations, drive financial performance and deliver exceptional luxury dining experiences. This role is responsible for operational excellence, team development and consistent execution of SLS brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Drive compliance with LQA standards and applicable AAA Diamond quality expectations.
- Maximize revenue, profitability and cost control through strategic planning and performance analysis.
- Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service,



quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive F&B; leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
- Strong financial acumen, operational expertise and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of LQA standards and luxury service excellence.
- Advanced English proficiency
- Passion for gastronomy, innovation and exceptional guest experiences.
