Role Description The Gerente Nuevos Negocios is a full-time, on-site role based in Querétaro, QUE. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio, and strengthening strategic relationships in key markets. Daily activities include prospecting potential clients, conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing commercial proposals, and negotiating terms aligned with company objectives.

The position also involves collaborating with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and delivered on time.

Negocios is expected to monitor sales performance, prepare reports for senior management, and contribute to long-term commercial strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with proven ability to generate and close new opportunities.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to support data-driven commercial decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and operations teams to translate client needs into feasible product and packaging solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; experience in packaging or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and CRM or sales management platforms; advanced Excel and presentation skills are a plus.
- Comfort working in a continuous improvement and quality-focused environment; familiarity with quality systems is beneficial.
