Are you a people person with an eye for talent and an interest in TikTok and live commerce?
We’re looking for a proactive, organized teammate to support our hosts throughout their journey—from recruitment and onboarding to training, daily coordination, and performance development.
What you’ll do
- Recruit talent: Source and connect with local talent for TikTok Live hosting roles.
- Manage onboarding and schedules: Help new hosts get started and coordinate livestream schedules and attendance.
- Support training and development: Coordinate training, share feedback, and help hosts strengthen their livestreaming skills.
- Track performance: Monitor host performance and support reviews and improvement plans.
- Collaborate across teams:
Work closely with operations and business teams to keep daily livestreams running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
- Fluency in both English and Spanish for day-to-day work.
- Availability to work on-site at our Mexico City office.
- Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, host management, or livestreaming is preferred.
