About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support transportation and export operations for fresh produce. You will coordinate shipments, track deliveries, manage documentation, and communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate shipments, transportation schedules, and delivery routes.
- Track shipments and resolve delays or operational issues.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation and shipment records.
- Support compliance with customs and export regulations.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, import/export, or supply chain operations.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational, communication,



and problem-solving skills.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP or logistics systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of cold chain logistics is a plus, but not required.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, approximately 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (schedule subject to confirmation).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during the first year, particularly from February to August.

A degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
