- Coordinate leave, attendance, disability, return-to-work, and related documentation processes, including IMSS requirements.
- Support onboarding, employment documentation, new-hire orientation, and manager readiness.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, leaves, and separations.
- Communicate and apply global and Mexico-specific policies consistently,

- Coach managers on performance management processes, documentation, consistency, and timelines.
- Coordinate local delivery of talent programs, including goal setting, talent reviews, development planning, and engagement actions.
- Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers on hiring coordination, workforce readiness, and the candidate and new-hire experience.
- Support culture, recognition, employee engagement, and change communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with workplace support teams on employee experience and people-related office matters.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR data to recommend practical policy and process improvements.
- Provide clear updates on emerging issues, recommended actions, and decisions requiring additional support.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Labor Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least eight years of progressive HR or People Experience experience, including broad generalist or HR Business Partner responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of Mexican employment practices, employee relations,

leave administration, statutory processes, and IMSS requirements.
- Experience building or improving HR processes, manager practices, or employee programs in a growing or changing environment.
- Ability to independently manage employee and manager inquiries, case documentation, and appropriate escalation.
- Sound judgment when handling sensitive matters and determining when specialist or leadership involvement is needed.
- Experience adapting general programs and systems to local operational and employment requirements.
- Ability to interpret workforce data and recommend meaningful improvements.
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and attention to documentation accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with local and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in technology, customer success, support, services, or shared services environments.
- Experience with a global HR information system and case management tools, ideally including localization, testing, or adoption.
- Experience working with external employment counsel, benefits providers, payroll providers, or government institutions in Mexico.
