- Passion for developing people, fostering collaboration, and creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the flexibility to travel across Mexico.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience in the automotive aftermarket, automotive, industrial, or related B2B industries.
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican aftermarket landscape, distribution channels, and key market trends.
