We are currently searching for a OCM Consultant:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

- Coordinate on-site OCM activities, including stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations.
- Support on-site stakeholder engagement and communication activities to ensure smooth adoption.
- Translate OCM materials accurately from English to Spanish.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and supervisors on-site to drive change initiatives.

Your Profile (Requirements)

- Consultant or Senior Consultant level professional with solid experience (up to 8-12 years).
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) specifically tied to SAP or S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

- Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with integral teams.
- Advanced Spanish.

Special Notes

- Must be able to work on-site in Mexicali.
