- Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to manufacturing operations.

- Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving projects.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and visual aids.

- Update and manage Process FMEA (AIAG/VDA) and risk assessments.

- Manage CAPEX, safety, and process optimization projects.

- Support equipment installation, validation, and industrialization activities.

- Design and improve tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.

- Drive process capability studies (CPK, PPK, CMK) and statistical analysis.

- Apply problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, A3, Pareto, DOE, and Ishikawa

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field





- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and product industrialization

- Experience with APQP, Process FMEA (AIAG/VDA), and project management

- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor and Microsoft Office

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

- Intermediate statistical analysis skills

- Advanced English (90% proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing)
