Lead technical projects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, within budget, and to the highest customer standards.

Responsabilities

- Lead technical projects and cross-functional teams to achieve quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Manage RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) activities and MRB (Material Review Board) dispositions.
- Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence throughout project execution.
- Ensure technical deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate activities across multiple departments and management levels.
- Lead technical meetings and customer presentations.
- Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Operations, vendors, and customers.




- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans when necessary.
- Support new product introductions and engineering changes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer.
- Experience managing aerospace manufacturing projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Advanced English (Required).
