About Ronma Solar

Ronma Solar is is one of the earliest manufacturers of solar panels in China, specializing in crystalline silicon solar cells, modules, PV system engineering, and application product R&D;, manufacturing, sales, and technical support. We are the leading solar brand in Brazil by market share. Now we are entering Mexico and building our local team from the ground up, starting with the commercial and industrial (C&I;) segment through local distributors.

We are planning a local warehouse in Mexico so our distribution partners can count on faster delivery, reliable stock and stronger local support.

The Role

You will be one of our first team members in Mexico, building the distributor network that brings Ronma Solar to market.

- Identify, approach and sign distributors, wholesalers, regional installers and EPCs
- Support partners with quotations, product training, technical materials and joint customer visits
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms and volume agreements with our Mexico leadership
- Track sell-in, sell-out and distributor inventory, and report regularly on pipeline, pricing and competitors
- Coordinate with logistics and our general teams on shipments, stock and delivery
- Follow Mexican market trends, competitor moves and regulation

Who We’re Looking For





- Experience in the solar or electrical sector, ideally working at a distributor, regional installer, EPC, or a module or inverter brand
- A good understanding of the Mexican PV market and its players; existing relationships with distributors or installers are a strong plus
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and communication skills
- Native or fluent Spanish; English is a plus, as you will work with a global team
- Based in Mexico City, with willingness to travel within Mexico
- A degree in business, engineering, renewable energy or a related field
- Comfortable with CRM, Excel and basic sales reporting
