Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Ciudad Juárez, CHH.

The Sales

Representative will identify and qualify prospective manufacturing clients, conduct discovery meetings, and present Tecma’s Shelter Services and nearshoring solutions.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating site visits, and guiding potential clients through the benefits of establishing operations in Mexico. The role involves maintaining regular communication with leads, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to align service offerings with client needs.

The Sales

Representative will track market trends, attend industry events as needed, and contribute to sales forecasts and reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and pipeline management.




- Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills, such as active listening, negotiation, and clear presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret client requirements and propose tailored service solutions.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and deadlines effectively.
- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in B2B services or manufacturing, familiarity with nearshoring or cross-border trade, and proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field is preferred, along with comfort working in a multicultural environment and readiness to work on-site in Ciudad Juárez, CHH.
