Job Summary

TSP s HCM Technology practice is seeking a skilled, hands-on SAP Integration Developer to build, enhance, test, and support integrations across SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and connected enterprise systems.

The idóneo candidate must have strong practical experience in both SAP Cloud Integration (CPI / SAP Integration Suite) and ABAP development within an SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment. This role requires an independent mid-level developer who can deliver defined integration requirements with minimal supervision.

Hands-on experience in both SAP CPI / Integration Suite and ABAP development is mandatory. Candidates with experience limited to monitoring, configuration, or only one of these technical areas will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain integration flows (iFlows) using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI / Integration Suite).
- Develop Groovy scripts for message mapping, data transformation, and custom integration logic.
- Build and support SAP SuccessFactors integrations using OData APIs, REST APIs, and SFAPI-based interfaces.
- Develop, enhance, and debug ABAP objects within SAP HCM / Employee Central Payroll (ECP), including reports, user exits, BAdIs, function modules, and interface programs.
- Develop and maintain SOAP-based integrations and IDoc-based interfaces between SAP and third-party applications.
- Support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM / ERP, payroll, benefits, time management, applicant tracking systems (ATS),



and data warehouses.
- Configure and troubleshoot integration security components, including certificates, OAuth, and credentials, under appropriate technical guidance.
- Monitor integration flows, troubleshoot failures, resolve production issues, and escalate complex design-level issues.
- Support integration testing, data migration, HR data loads, and cutover activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, data mappings, and design documents.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP Cloud Integration (CPI / Integration Suite) development experience, including building and supporting production iFlows.
- Strong hands-on ABAP development experience, including reports, BAdIs, user exits, function modules, and interface programs.
- Practical SAP SuccessFactors integration experience, including at least one integration developed or substantially supported end-to-end.
- Experience working with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting for integration mapping and transformation.
- Strong knowledge of OData APIs and REST APIs.
- Practical experience with SOAP-based integrations and IDoc interfaces.
- Understanding of integration security, authentication, certificates, and OAuth.
- Excellent English communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver integration requirements with minimal supervision.
- Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
