Join Albany Engineered Composites and contribute to the development and optimization of advanced aerospace composite manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, qualify, and implement composite materials, manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
- Lead new product introduction (NPI) and support the transition from development to production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
- Lead technical investigations, process qualifications, corrective actions, and engineering changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, project schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and support manufacturing excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Aerospace or Industrial Engineering.




- Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing.
- Aerospace industry experience preferred, particularly in composite manufacturing processes such as prepreg layup, RTM/VARTM, autoclave processing, or composite finishing.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, GD&T;, CAD software, process qualification, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems preferred.
- Conversational English proficiency (B2 minimum).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
