About the role:

We are looking for skilled Accountants to join our team. The adecuado candidate should have experience in accounting with at least one year U.S. exposure, possess a strong command of English, and be able to work independently while collaborating with the team. This position will have a career path to become a section team leader/supervisor at our GDL office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform bookkeeping functions following U.S. rules.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
- Utilize accounting software and maintain accurate records, in specific Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial operations.
- Communicate with clients as needed to ensure all information is timely received.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
- At least 1 year of exposure with U.S. CPA firm.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. bookkeeping and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks (Desktop and Online), Microsoft Office 365, and MS Teams.

Experience in Netsuite ERP or MS Business Central will be a preferred candidate.
