Position Overview

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and outstanding guest satisfaction.

You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining company standards, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written (C1 level preferred).
- Previous management experience in upscale casual or fine-dining restaurants.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of wines, premium meat cuts, and steakhouse service.




- Solid understanding of fine-dining service standards and guest experience management.
- Experience managing online guest reviews and reputation platforms, including TripAdvisor.
- Knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory control, and operational performance analysis.
- Ability to coordinate facility maintenance and general restaurant services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience training, developing, and motivating restaurant teams.
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
