At TikTok, our General Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.

Our Financial Services team is dedicated to fostering and expanding relationships with our internal Ad Sales team and connecting with other key stakeholders, with a primary focus on finding the best business solutions for our clients on the platform. We are committed to delivering exceptional client service and providing comprehensive education on our products and solutions. Our goal is to empower our team to identify and leverage the best products to maximize our clients’ business results on TikTok.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Team. As part of our sales team, the CSM will support advertisers in meeting their marketing objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients. The CSM is the main point of contact with strategic cross-functional teams such as Product and Measurement and is responsible for driving product adoption and revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex campaigns, using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.

Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite.

Responsibilities

- Drive education on product, company updates and share company best practices as relevant to clients or agencies' business;
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships of auction ads offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results;
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization.



Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings;
- Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy;
- Support and work with the sales team on pre-sale research and pitch;
- Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with clients, in collaboration with the sales team;
- Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign;
- Establish long-term relationships with key clients and make sure their business needs are taken good care of by a cross-functional team.
- Product and go-to-market strategy: Responsible for improvement of product feature adoption and consistently driving product improvement from market feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

- At least 5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing;
- Experience in managing key accounts in Branding and Performance;
- Experience with managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges;
- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.

Preferred Qualification(s)

- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel;
- SQL knowledge is a plus;
- Comfort with ambiguity, ability to creatively and effectively fill operational "white space" to drive results;
- Experience prioritizing and managing tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail.
