We are looking for your talent as: Account Payable Analyst

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

- Prepare weekly reports on the current status of collections to provide relevant information at the executive and managerial levels, defining actions according to the customer's credit behavior.
- Generate account statements through the internal system, notify customers of their balances, and actively manage their payment.
- Verify the correct application of received payments and keep the corresponding account statements updated.
- Analyze the customer portfolio to detect documentary discrepancies and propose effective collection alternatives.




- Contact customers directly to review their account statements and reach agreements or payment commitments in case of disputes.
- Update and maintain customer databases to prevent irregularities that could hinder the correct collection of payments.
- Review dispute charges, payer changes, extraordinary collection support, billing errors, and perform information validation on internal platforms.

Profile Requirements:

- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or Economics.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in roles such as economic-administrative assistant, Jr. accountant, accounting assistant, or accounts receivable assistant.
- Advanced Excel, and desirable knowledge in SAP.
- Verifiable B1 English level.
- Experience at logistic or forwarder companies.
