ZIEHL-ABEGG is currently looking for a high energy and results-oriented Accounts Payable specialist who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company.

Accountant Accounts Payable

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Timely processing of employee expense items (e.g. travel expenses)
- Verification of monthly expense reports
- Bank / account reconciliation
- Confirmation of balances with other ZA subsidiaries
- Year-end closing support
- Year-end audit support
- Assist in credit to customers
- Coordination of financial quality issues between ZA US & ZASE DE
- Preparation of freight costs report for ZASE DE
- Assist in separation of duties of treasury functions
- Assistance with special projects
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Accounting knowledge (work experience) and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience in the supplier payment process preferred
- Understanding of account reconciliation process
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
