Duration: Temporary project lasting approximately 2 months, with the possibility of extending to 3 months.

Conversational English is required.

The main activities will be:

Unpacking and preparing the robots and their components.

Physically installing the charging stations using hand tools and power tools, such as drills.

Following technical instructions to configure and test the robots.

Manually guiding the robots inside the stores to perform the initial mapping of the space.

Coordinating with Brain Corp's remote support team to resolve issues.

Monitoring the equipment's operation and identifying potential malfunctions.

Documenting installations and issues using photographs, videos, notes, and checklists.

Explaining to Sam's Club staff how to safely operate and maintain the robots.





Technicians will be based in Mexico City, but will need to travel frequently to different regions of the country:

Mexico City.

State of Mexico and Puebla.

Reciente León and Chihuahua.

Jalisco, Puerto Vallarta, Nayarit, and Yucatán.

Querétaro, Aguascalientes, and Guanajuato.

Hidalgo and Morelos.

Baja California and Sonora.

Each installation takes approximately 2 days per branch. Once completed, the technician will travel to the next assigned location.

Therefore, we need people who are truly available to stay away from home for a significant portion of the project.
