Location: Santa Fe, CDMX

The Customer ServiceRepresentative is responsible for ensuring perfect order fulfillment throughout the Order-to-Cash process, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include pricing administration, order entry, issue resolution, billing coordination, collections support, master data maintenance, and complaint handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure perfect order fulfillment and resolve order-related issues as needed.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Management on billing adjustments.

• Act as the primary transactional contact for customers.

• Maintain strong internal relationships with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Quality, Application Development, Product Management, Credit, Financial Shared Services, and Procurement.

• Update customer master data in SAP.

• Execute diverse customer pricing activities within SAP.

• Process billing-related adjustments, including returns and credit/debit notes.

• Document and follow up on both internal and external complaints.





• Support Sales Representatives and Business Line Managers by providing sales data analysis,

generating reports, and following up with customers when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (título universitario OBLIGATORIO)

• Fluent English (OBLIGATORIO)

• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
