We are seeking a Senior Specialist, IT Business Relationship Manager to serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, supporting Order-to-Cash operations through analytics, automation, and process optimization initiatives. This role combines business analysis, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and technology enablement to deliver sustainable and scalable solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Partner with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements, functional specifications, test cases, and project deliverables
- Collaborate with analytics and technical teams to develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions
- Drive automation initiatives leveraging AI, RPA, OCR, and machine learning technologies
- Support integration projects, interface testing, and data flows with third-party applications
- Analyze Order-to-Cash, logistics, and supply chain processes to recommend innovative solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, troubleshooting issues and ensuring successful solution delivery
- Provide guidance and prioritization for IT projects supporting Customer Experience and Supply Chain functions




- Promote industry best practices and continuous improvement across business processes

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Analytics, KPI reporting, or business process improvement
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and deliver solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Technical Experience Preferred:

- Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, SAP BI
- SQL and data analysis tools
- RPA & Automation Technologies (Automation Anywhere)
- OCR and AI-enabled process automation
- Machine Learning frameworks
- Cloud-based solutions and vendors
- SAP Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Warehouse Management processes
