About FixTman

FixTman is a US based home services company connecting customers with qualified technicians for home repairs, maintenance, installations, and other handyman services.

We are expanding our international sales team and looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join us remotely.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will handle inbound inquiries, follow up with warm leads, and convert potential customers into confirmed bookings.

No cold calling. You will work exclusively with customers who have already expressed interest in our services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls and follow up with warm leads.
- Understand customer needs, present suitable services, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in our CRM and ERP systems.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and dispatcher teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Meet individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, call centers, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Reliable internet connection, a computer, and a quiet home working environment.
- Availability to work full time, 6 days per week, following the Dallas, USA time zone.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working with US customers.
- Experience in home services or related industries.
- Previous remote sales experience.
